He was born on June 12, 1948, Leninakan (Gyumri).
He graduated from Polytechnic Institute, the Faculty of Construction.
1971-1974 worked at "Внииполимер" Company as a Senior Engineer.
1974-1977 worked at Yerevan "Rele" Factory as a Senior Engineer.
1977-1982 worked at "Yerkqagh. Repair" Project Institute as a Head of Group.
1982-1985 worked at Abovyan region Construction Organization as a foreman.
1982-1985 worked in the construction organization of Abovyan region as a foreman.
1985-1987 worked at "ArmCoopCunstruct" as a foreman.
1987-1999 worked at "Armbook" trade department as a Senior Engineer.
2002-2003 worked at "ArmAgriConstruct" Project Institute as a Technical Supervisor.
2004-2007 worked at Hovhannes Toumanian Museum as a Senior Engineer.
From 2007 to today works at Hovhannes Toumanian Museum as the Head of the Economic Department.
