The source comes from the people. The legend with the title "Khashkhash" became the basis for "The Maiden's Heart" ballad: "A poor boy - we can read there - loved the duke's daughter who lived in a high tower. The father didn't want to give his daughter to the boy she loved – as he was poor (he burned the tower): he gave his daughter to someone else, who killed the girl because she loved someone else. A flower grows from where she fell. The girl appears to her beloved in his dream and said – a flower will come out of my heart (in the shape of a heart) – it has power and can make you forget me and your sorrow. It's Khashkash".
